Who we are

Crisp Relay is operated by Sajid Sherif in South Africa. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or concerns about your information, email hello@crisprelay.com.

Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive the information included in the message, such as your name, email address, business details, links and project description. We use it to respond, assess possible work, prepare a proposal, manage agreed services and meet legal obligations.

The brief builder on the Start page prepares an email on your device. Crisp Relay does not store those form fields through the website. We receive the information only if you send the prepared email.

Please do not send sensitive information first

Do not send passwords, identity numbers, banking details, payroll files, full employee records or other highly sensitive information in an initial enquiry. If confidential information is genuinely needed later, we will first agree the scope and a suitable way to share it.

Website hosting, security and email providers

The website uses service providers for hosting and security, including ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. These providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request details and security logs. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated traffic; it expires after a period of inactivity.

Email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers may process information outside South Africa under their own contractual and security arrangements.

Analytics and advertising

Crisp Relay has not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies to this website. If that changes, this notice and any consent controls will be updated before non-essential tracking is used where consent is required.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers or professional advisers where reasonably needed to operate the website, communicate, deliver agreed work, protect the business or meet legal obligations.

Enquiry and project information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant relationship, records and legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry becomes a project and the nature of the information.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where appropriate, or object to certain uses. Email hello@crisprelay.com. You may also contact the South African Information Regulator if you believe your rights have not been respected.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, providers or services change. The latest version will remain available at this address with its update date.
