Who we are

Crisp Relay is operated by Sajid Sherif in South Africa. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or concerns about your information, email hello@crisprelay.com.

Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive the information included in the message, such as your name, email address, business details, links and project description. We use it to respond, assess possible work, prepare a proposal, manage agreed services and meet legal obligations.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary. If you do not provide a way to contact you and enough information to understand the request, we may be unable to respond or assess possible work.

The brief builder on the Start page prepares an email on your device. Crisp Relay does not store those form fields through the website. We receive the information only if you send the prepared email.

The UK service and enquiry pages offer a Google Form. It asks for your name, work email, the service you are interested in and a short task description; your business or website is optional. Submitting sends the answers to Crisp Relay and stores them in our Google Forms account. The form owner receives a notification. Responses are not shared publicly, and the form does not require a Google sign-in.

Please do not send sensitive information first

Do not send passwords, identity numbers, banking details, payroll files, full employee records or other highly sensitive information in an initial enquiry. If confidential information is genuinely needed later, we will first agree the scope and a suitable way to share it.

AI-assisted project work

Crisp Relay uses AI to support project preparation and delivery. Before we process confidential project files, we agree the permitted tools, access, transfer and retention arrangements with you. Please use a description or fictional example for the first enquiry.

Website hosting, security and email providers

The website uses service providers for hosting and security, including ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. These providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request details and security logs. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated traffic; it expires after a period of inactivity.

Email and the UK enquiry form are handled through Google Workspace and Google Forms. The embedded form connects to Google when you open the UK enquiry page or select the free fit discussion on a service page. Google may process technical information and use cookies under its own privacy arrangements when you use the form. See Google’s privacy policy. These providers may process information outside South Africa under their own contractual and security arrangements.

Analytics and advertising

Crisp Relay has not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies to this website. If that changes, this notice and any consent controls will be updated before non-essential tracking is used where consent is required.

Sending a Google Form enquiry is recorded in Google Forms. Opening the form or an email draft is not counted by this website as a submitted enquiry. Automated Google Ads conversion attribution is not currently installed.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers or professional advisers where reasonably needed to operate the website, communicate, deliver agreed work, protect the business or meet legal obligations.

Enquiry and project information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant relationship, records and legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry becomes a project and the nature of the information.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where appropriate, or object to certain uses. Email hello@crisprelay.com. You may also contact the South African Information Regulator if you believe your rights have not been respected.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, providers or services change. The latest version will remain available at this address with its update date.
