Reporting sprint

R6,500 once-off · agreed starter scope

One recurring Excel or CSV report, made easier to prepare and check.

  • Up to three agreed source files and one report
  • A working output with visible exception checks
  • Reconciliation and a test on a second period
  • Refresh instructions and one review round

Target: five working days from the agreed start, complete inputs and deposit; time awaiting client answers is excluded. 50% to start, 50% after the acceptance checks. Corrections to the agreed specification are included. The written quote confirms the total payable and any applicable tax.

Keep it running

From R3,500 per month · optional

We prepare the agreed report so your team can focus on reviewing and using it.

  • Up to four scheduled runs of the same report
  • Client-supplied files in the agreed format
  • A checked output and exception list each run
  • One consolidated clarification round per run

Paid monthly in advance. Input deadlines and delivery dates are agreed. Corrections to our work do not use another run; replacement source data may. New reports, format changes, integrations, software and urgent work need a separate scope. You approve business decisions.

Read the scope boundaries

What fits the starter scope

One report, up to three Excel or CSV source files in agreed layouts, one person to confirm the rules, and a second reporting period for testing. We confirm file size, platform compatibility and the refresh method in the written scope. The output may be an improved workbook or a documented preparation process; unattended automation is a separate project.

What needs a separate quote

Logging into your systems, live integrations, repairing historical records, multiple report layouts, changing business rules or building a new application. We do not include payroll approval, tax decisions, payment execution or regulated advice.

What acceptance looks like

The agreed totals reconcile to the supplied sources, uncertain rows are visible, a second period has been tested, and the files and instructions match the agreed Excel version or other operating environment. We record unresolved issues before you approve delivery.

Start with a description

Agree the access before sharing the files.

Tell us what goes in, what comes out and how often it repeats. Use fictional or redacted examples for the initial review.

Before handling confidential files, we agree the permitted tools, AI use, transfer method, access and retention. Your team owns the business rules and final decisions.
